TicketBot features an intuitive and manageable admin dashboard where you can customize the bot. You set up user and staff permissions, create support panels/multipanels with buttons and selection menus, include custom placeholders, and dig around in our logging parameters and many more advanced settings.
Advanced transcripts
Tickets can be viewed on the dashboard by both the user and your staff members. The dashboard comes with advanced search and filtering so you can easily find old or important messages. With TicketBot you can also store images/files that are sent in ticket channels and automatically purge old and sensitive files.
Support automation
With TicketBot, you can automate your workflow. You can automatically close inactive tickets, close tickets if the user leaves your server, send custom welcome messages, send DMs, create custom Discord forms that require users to answer a set of questions before they can open tickets and much more.
Make TicketBot your own
If you want to remove all TicketBot branding, you can create your own bot instance and enjoy extra speeds as well as complete control over the bot name, avatar, description and game status. You can also get access to our API and create your own ticket transcript system.
